Data collected

The audit request form collects your name, business name, email or phone number, website address, what you need and, if you took it, your self-check score. Your self-check answers themselves stay in your browser. This data is used only to answer your request.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. Messages are kept while your request is handled and for at most three years after the last contact, then deleted.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or passed on. The message is delivered by email through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), and nothing is stored on this site. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To block bots, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're a person without advertising or tracking cookies.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, they use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies.

You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to chris@lebaliseur.fr. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
